COB 300 Business Plan
For the COB 300 Business Plan, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a team to develop a comprehensive business strategy from the ground up. This project combined essential areas of business, including marketing, finance, operations, and management, to create a viable business concept. We conducted market research, developed financial projections, and outlined an operational framework to present a cohesive plan. It was a hands-on experience that sharpened my problem-solving skills and gave me real-world insights into building and running a successful business.

Consumer Behavior Analysis
In my paper, I analyzed an in-depth interview to uncover insights into consumer behavior. I focused on identifying key patterns and motivations that emerged during the conversation. By applying relevant consumer behavior theories, I explored how factors such as psychological influences, social dynamics, and cultural contexts shaped the interviewee's purchasing decisions. This analysis not only enhanced my understanding of consumer behavior theories but also provided a practical framework for interpreting real-world marketing scenarios. It was a valuable experience in connecting theoretical concepts to actual consumer insights.
IMC Plan
For our group Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Plan, we partnered with the Rockingham Educational Foundation Inc. (REFI) to develop a tailored marketing strategy that addressed their unique goals and challenges. Our project involved conducting a thorough analysis of REFI’s target audience, competitive landscape, and communication channels. We crafted a cohesive plan that integrated various marketing tactics—such as social media, email campaigns, and community outreach—to enhance REFI’s visibility and engagement. This experience deepened my understanding of how strategic communication can drive organizational success and foster community support.

Excel Project
In one of the many Excel projects I completed, I transformed a comprehensive table of data into visually appealing charts and graphs. The goal was to summarize and highlight key aspects of the data, making it easier to interpret and present. I utilized various Excel functions to create bar charts, line graphs, and pie charts, each designed to illustrate specific trends and comparisons. This project not only enhanced my data visualization skills but also emphasized the importance of presenting information clearly and effectively for decision-making purposes.
